It is not censorship to select advertisements (and their prices)
according to the tolerance level of your customers and the interests of
the customers.  That's just the market at work.

If you have a childrens' book with advertisements for adult books in its
back, you'll lose a significant number of customers.  So you don't do
that.

I don't see anything wrong with changing providers if people are
bothered by the association.  I'd consider it polite to tell the
provider about the reasons for that change so that he has better
information for estimating the consequences of his advertisement
choices.

It must be noted, however, that the typical user on the look for TeX
resources will be hard put to avoid seeing sites like
<URL:http://www.latex.de> anyway.
