It may work or may not, depending how tracker is set-up.

Long-long ago the way for Soviet mathematicians to get a book
published abroad was to work as a reviewer for Math Reviews or
Zentralblatt fur Mathematik and use the (virtual) royalty to buy the
books from AMS or Springer-Verlag. So the friend of mine once ordered
the book of Spivak "The Joy of Sex" but when his order arrived he
discovered his error :-) but realized later that it was actually very
useful book. I wonder how many people downloaded the torrent assuming
that it was "Sex Live 2008" :-)
