I never made this complain; first, it is your time, second, clearing
the mess is necessary albeit unpleasant task. I use tons of packages
and not a single of them has been affected.

Hopefully with TL which IMHO made a huge step with 2008 release the
threat to be removed/not to get into it will be a sufficient
insensitive to the authors to deal with licensing in the standard
manner
