been synced 14/10/2008 at 7.00.00

ftp://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008/archive has
been synced 14/10/2008 at 7.39.00

and bin-texlive.tar.lzma is still that of 21/08/2008; instead
texlive.infra.tar.lzma (see [1]) is dated 11/10/2008.
