it's probably something very simple, but since you don't show any part
of your "real" document, it's not possible to say for sure.

however, tex-live is for discussion of the development of ... tex-live.

texhax at tug.org is a mailing list for tex support, otherwise the usenet
group comp.text.tex is a lively source of help.
