I'm working in Miktex 2.9, and I use the amsbook option for my
projects.
The default numbering format appears to be: chapter n. then section
n.m. then subsection n.m.s.
Always the trailing dot!
/
What I want is: chapter n then section n.m then subsection n.m.s and
so on... no trailing dots.
/
I've got Mittelbach and Goossens Companion, but I don't find it very
useable.
I've searched the web but I cannot pin it down.
Is there a simple remedy, please?
Regards
Keith
