[tex-live] texdoc error

Hi,
this weekend I tried to read all the mails in this thread carefully
and I must admit that I'm not finished yet.  The results of your
experiments are extremely helpful, though sometimes confusing too.

It would help me a lot if you could try the attached wrapper script:

This file is supposed to replace tl-w32-wrapper.texlua temporarily
only for texdoc.  Please extract the file in bin/win32/ and adapt
texdoc.bat accordingly.  Make a backup copy of texdoc.bat before.
Does texdoc work as expected then?

I'm very interested in the result.
