[tex-live] verbatimcopy package missing

Karl stated that several times. If both the pdf and the tex code is
there, but the tex code depends for example on some commercial fonts, it
can still be included if the tex code is sufficiently clear.

I mean: I you just switch to FOnt Foobar and type your text, then that
is fine. If you create a commercial font with text lines (whole text
lines) as single glyphs, and then print your book as
	\char".. \char"..
etc then that is not fine.

Good example: fontinstallationguide, where we ship the .pdf, and the tex
code, but you cannot generate the pdf from the tex code, but all the
text, examples etc are there.

This is the freedom we take for ourselves and here we disagree with
Debian (they would never include the resepecitve pdf). So see it as an
improvement.
