sebastian was much enthused by dtl, when it first appeared -- i guess
around the time he was starting tex live.

in fact, back then, we hadn't actually understood the significance of
the licence.

i agree with you, that there's no indication of any licence terms --
i'll update the catalogue to "noinfo" rather than "unknown" some time
... i've a bit of a backlog (it being my son's birthday).

let's leave it as a nice anomaly for karl to chew on...
