[tex-live] Wrong version of "varwidth"

      texmf-dist/tex/latex/ltxmisc/varwidth.sty

Ah.  I deleted the file out of ltxmisc, but that does not have the
effect of changing the revision number of the package, since that is
calculated as the maximum of all the files in the package.  Oops.

I'm not sure what the real answer is (besides that ltxmisc shouldn't
exist in the first place), but I'll force the revision number to be
updated tonight.
