My killfile for comp.text.tex is quite small. You are one of the few
people who managed to be in it. By now I am half way towards putting
you in my texlive list killfile. You do a lot of self-righteous
whining. That's pretty much the essence of your last dozen mails here.
Whether or not you believe that you have been given cause by somebody,
you are getting on everybody's nerves and don't stop. What you appear
to need is some person taking your complaint, saying "we'll do
everything in our power, sir, you are certainly quite right" and then
chucking it in the bin.

Most customer oriented industries offer services like that, and there is
an apparent need for it. Unfortunately, this is not a consolation
mailing list, but a developer list. Here work is coordinated and done.
It is work done by volunteers, and some aspects might not in all cases
be perfect. It is a matter of working with existing resources, and one
such resource is enthusiasm. And you are squandering that in a manner
disproportionate to your original problem.

So I'd recommend you focus on what you want to achieve rather than how
you want to get treated. Your current approach is not working for that.
