Please adopt, for example:
           viewer_dvi    = 'start "texdoc viewer"',
           viewer_html   = 'start "texdoc viewer"',
           viewer_pdf    = 'start "texdoc viewer"',
           viewer_ps     = 'start "texdoc viewer"',
Then texdoc works, even if texmf tree has space(s),
as Tomek said. Note that a space in the window's title.
