[tex-live] PDF files cut off using a0poster with current texlive 2009 pretest

I have been trying to use the a0poster package to generate scientific
posters. It worked with texlive 2009 pretest until updates from the
last couple of days. Now the pdf files get cut off.This happens both
on my linux x86_64 box and on a windows install. I had successful
conversion using the TeX install that comes with Mandriva 2009.0
x86_64. I haven't been able to find the problem. Any ideas. You can
reproduce the problem using the example files (poster.tex, poster.bib,
and gklogo.eps ] from here:

Any suggestions how I could help debug this?
