Ahh, bad. Better like this:

(nothing at all to update)
$ tlmgr update --self
tlmgr: installation location /var/www/norbert/tlnet
tlmgr: no updates for tlmgr present.

$ tlmgr update --self --all
tlmgr: installation location /var/www/norbert/tlnet

Nothing to update.

$ tlmgr update --all
tlmgr: installation location /var/www/norbert/tlnet

Nothing to update.
