There are some problems:
- bin-texlive package is gone, no idea what will happen. But removing
  it should work because all the files are mentioned in the new
  texlive.infra

- some collections have been renamed, changed

Beh, someone might try and then call
	tlmgr update --all --self
and see what is happening ;-)
