[tex-live] 'tlmgr generate fmtutil' gives 'fmtutil.cnf' with duplicated entries

Interesting. Can you check whether you have
	$TEXMFLOCAL/web2c/fmtutil-local.cnf
?

I cannot reproduce that behaviour. If you have a fmtutil-local.cnf
that contains the whole bunch then that is a problem.

> $ texconfig-sys init

> fmtutil: /usr/local/opt/texlive/texmf-var/web2c/pdftex/pdfxmltex.fmt

Bummer, Karl, that is something I remeber from Debian times, pdfxmltex
uses latex format, fmtutil builds that format and returns to building
pdfxmltex, but the latex format generated is not found, so it is
recreated and again and again.

Didn't we solve that with including latex.ltx directly???? You remember
the email exchange on that problem?
