[tex-live] Error running install-tl.bat

Hmm, I don't have access to Vista-64, but I don't expect any changes
in batch file handling between 64 and 32-bit versions and this batch
script runs fine on 32-bit Vista. I really don't know what's the
problem, without some additional information it's impossible to
diagnose it. Could find which line responsible for the error? Just
stick somethis like 'echo HERE' at the top and move it down until it
stops showing up in the output. Also, is any of the following
conditions true:
- batch is run from the network path
- spaces or strange characters in the path of install-tl.bat
- spaces or strange characters in PATH variable
