Yes, I did (and do). IIRC the MSYS installer put it there. And I always
meant no harm by this because /msys/bin/ contains many utilities which I
gladly use on my windows machine (cat, diff, sed, ...). For me it has
always been the main purpose of MSYS to provide those utils.
