[tex-live] pdflatex - includegraphics - extensions

Hi,

Another related issue:
in dvi mode, graphicx package still requires the bbox information of a
jpeg/png/pdf image.
I think that is not needed for typesetting as pdftex primitives can
get the image size correctly.
