[tex-live] Is it too late for submitting packages?

Stuff from CTAN obviously still goes into TL-2009. Karl is offline
until Sunday. Nothing will happen before he's back.
And even then, TL will not be frozen until binaries for all supported
platforms are available. This usually takes a few days.
Please proceed and put the results on CTAN.
