[tex-live] bad VF fonts in TL09?

in case of vntex, some raw fonts are non-free and cannot be
included in TL. Perhaps Reinhard can move the problematic
fonts to the getnonfreefonts bundle.

maybe for exactly the same reason as with vntex: the raw
fonts are not free and therefore are not included in TL?
