[tex-live] Xetex examples

Examples using Libertine, Latin Modern, Gyre, and other fonts included
in TL seem like they would be a good start.

I don't know if Vera (LGC, DejaVu, ...) have been significantly extended
since Bera (which was in TL) was created, or if Bera is still being
updated, but that's another possibility.

I am working on the support for Inconsolata and it will be in TL'09.

I'd be more than happy to have Junicode in TL, but it needs to be get
onto CTAN, for starters.
