[tex-live] Interference with Embarcadero C++Builder?

Hi!

A few days ago, TeX Live 2009 (downloaded on October 28th) was
installed at a site where I give a LaTeX course. Since then, the
Embarcadero C++Builder installed on the same machines starts with a
warning. The original requester (in German) is shown here:

http://www.oe-files.de/files/images/c++builder.png

It roughly translates to

   Your current C++Builder Package output directory is not part of the
system path. To use runtime packages contained in this path, it must
be included. Add it now?

   Path to add: ...

   Current Path: ...

It seems the path .../RAD Studio/6.0/Bpl is already contained in the
path, and ...\RAD Studio\6.0\BPL should be added. Is there anything in
the installer that could have changed this (use of slashes,
capitalization)? Is the installer (or parts of it) written in C++ and
built with C++Builder that could have caused this?

According to the local admin of the site, no other change was made to
the machines except installing TeX Live.
