[tex-live] smflatex disappeared in TexLive 2009

  Hello, and many thanks for maintaining the TexLive distribution,  
which I use very frequently.
When I upgraded from MacTex 2008 to MacTex 2009, I cannot compile  
anymore sources with \documentclass{smfbook} or
\documentclass{smfart} and the error is : file smfbook.cls not found.
  I found that there was a directory smflatex in TexLive 2008 (path :  
texmf-dist/tex/latex/smflatex) but it disappeard in TexLive 2009...  
why ?
