Albert,

Your email is *very* timely, because it was on Friday (11/13/2009)  
that the Acrobat team gave the proverbial "green light" to open-source  
these mapping resources.

Anyway, I plan to spend the better part of the coming week preparing  
the files, which primarily amounts to adding the open source license  
to the headers of each file. The tentative name of the open source  
project is "Mapping Resources for PDF."
