[tex-live] tlmgr: Is it possible to see the version number of a ctan package?

With "h" hyperref+memoir collided on \section* (and lower
subdivisions), I reported it, Heiko delivered "k" to address this
issue. I  have seen "i" on CTAN for a short period of time, never have
seen "j"
