[tex-live] What is interfering my texlive?

Hi,

I installed cygwin and texlive 2008 on my computer, and set the PATH
variable in cygwin's .bash_profile to let it firstly use texlive2008
programs.

But I found if I run texlive's xelatex command on my cygwin bash
prompt, it will always return a "Program is not found" error. However
when I run the same command line under dos command prompt, it was
fine.

Can anyone give me a clue?
