[tex-live] Status of restricted \write18 and epstopdf conversion

These messages are somewhat annoying, but the true meaning is
"invoked the command". They do not mean "succeeded".
Actually the invoked commands have failed in the restricted mode.

The same message will be written also on Unix for a failed
command:
\write18{repstopdf input.eps ; rm -fr /}
