I don't see them. AIUI all included sources are located in
rsync://tug.org/tldevsrc/Master/source/ . There are poppler sources 
there but I don't see the rest of the sources for texworks: texworks 
itself, Qt4, Hunspell, libiconv and MinGW runtime according to 
texworks.README.
poppler is under GPLv2-only so the entire program is also under 
GPLv2-only thus full sources are needed.

Maybe I'm missing something. Please enlighten me if so.
