[tex-live] revision numbers in texlive.tlpdb

What is the problem please???

Yes there was a problem, mayn .tlpsrc files where updated because 
our update process crashed, well, but the revision number is *only* for
the tlmgr to see when a package is to be updated.

What exactely is the problem with that numbers? It is by chance
that all are the same, but these numbers can be anything. So what is
it that you depend on?
