[tex-live] tlmgr gui rev. 14968 error

Hi.

Today I updated my repo and did
$ tlmgr update --self
(without error or warning)
then
$ tlgrm update --all
(also without error or warning).
After that I run
$ tlmgr --gui
and got warning dialog "You don't have permission ...". I push 'Ok' and 
nothing happened: all buttons were enabled.
I could load repository DB and could do any action. Moreover I could repeat 
first two steps.

Suspicious line in tlmgrgui.pl:235
if(!$::we_can_write)

P.S. Sorry if my English is poor. From to time I feel that I can't express my 
thoughts on English in correct way.
