[tex-live] luatex is too old for mkiv

What about removing ConTeXt MkIV from TeXLive 2009? Why users should install 
non-working version, find out that 'luatex is too old', e.t.c.?
At least, FAQ section about ConTeXt/MarkIV should be rewritten.
