With the ordinary definition of \document, yes. Here we are precisely redefining
\document, so our new definition should do the same.

Actually, I think Heiko and you agree on the TeXnical part, and the discussion
is merely a matter of wording of this particular comment.

Anyway, this kind of discussion belongs on texhax@ :-)
