What does it mean it is not very clear???
It states which packages are due to be auto-removed, and which packages
are due to be updated, and which packages are due to auto-installed.

If you don't know the concept, please read the documentation of
tlmgr, section on "update".

It means that below the above directory there are files
present that are not listed in the texlive database
(texlive.tlpdb). Some of them are fine to not be listed,
like backups, others are just waste, or old probelms.
