OK.

I used something along these lines, but tried to make it shorter, and moved it
earlier on the page (in the "downloading" section).

No, the only purpose of install-tl-advance.bat is to allow Windows user to
double-click it, so that they don't need to use this horribly frightening
Unixish tool name a command line (just kidding, not wanting to start yet another
OS troll) in order to specify -gui perltk to get the fully configurable version
of the installer.

Since, in pretest phase, even windows users are not supposed to be afraid by a
command line (since they often need it for the -repository option, and a
courageous people anyway---they wouldn't be pretesting otherwise), there's
little point in mentioning install-tl-advanced.bat on the pretest page IMO.

I made adjustements to make some of theses points clearer (hopefully) and
uploaded the resulting document. I don't intend to spend more time on tweaking
this page, sorry: as previously mentioned, this is only a temporary and very
specific documentation page.

I didn't look at your comments about the "notable changes" section yet, but if
something should be fixed there, it's probably better to fix it in the actual
TL2010 documentation. But I'll wait for Karl opinion before touching this
document, since I don't want to negatively interfere with the ongoing
translation process.

This part is automatically inserted at the end of most tug.org webpages.

Manuel.
