If I was 99.9% certain that hyph-en-gb is not the
preferred source for editing, then I am 99.999999%
certain that members of this list are sick and tired of
hearing my views on the pros and cons of so-called
"free" software.  I therefore thank you sincerely for
the opportunity to comment further, but on this occasion
at least, I shall, with deep regret, decline so to do.
