[tex-live] INstalling Mathspec on Fedora

Hi Chandrasekhar,

As I explained earlier, you need to install TeX Live separately from your
Linux package manager. The DVD or the net installer is available from
http://tug.org/texlive/. The package mathspec requires a more recent version
of XeTeX, and if you install TeX Live 2009 or later and run the updater,
you'll be fine because adequate versions of all necessary components are
included there.
