[tex-live] Use of the updmap-local.cfg file

Well, yes, the .map files and .sty files have to be put into a
directory so that *tex can find it.

somewhere under TEXMFLOCAL/fonts/map/

Well there are thousands of docs out there explaining how to install file
into a TDS texmf tree ... don't tell me you couldn't find one ... so
