[tex-live] [TL2010] Errors on Windows

    Can't locate warnings/register.pm in @INC (@INC contains:

All I can say for sure is that warnings/register.pm does exist in
tlpretest/tlpkg/tlperl/lib/warnings.  You can browse there and see it.
And that directory appears to be in @INC (although it's hard to tell for
sure given the random line breaks in your email).  So I'm baffled.
Something specific to install-tl.bat, somehow?
