[tex-live] no more live DVD in 2010

I wrote the libertine author.  Most of the new tfm's do not actually
define any characters, as far as I could tell.

    It will be an interesting test for the live DVD.

I guess I'll take this opportunity to say that for 2010, we've concluded
that the DVD will not contain a live TL distribution.  Instead, it will
contain essentially what is now "tlnet", the compressed per-package
archives.  Experiments show that this will make installation from DVD
much faster (less read head seeking).

These days, people are much more likely to run live from a USB stick.
Those who do want a live DVD can do an install and burn their own from
the result.  We'll talk about this in the documentation, when the time
comes.

As Hans said years ago, "TeX Live" can be taken to mean
"TeX [is still a]live" :).
