[tex-live] TeX Live net updates (tlnet) frozen

tlmgr update --all probably will continue to work for a while (just
returning "no updates available" for normal people and even updating -
once - for Rip Van Winkles) as long as
http://ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/2009 remains (which will be I
guess for a while), then

%/usr/local/texlive/2008/bin/x86_64-linux/tlmgr update --all

Cannot load TeX Live database from
http://ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008 at
/usr/local/texlive/2008/bin/x86_64-linux/tlmgr line 2553

and probably nobody will keep mirror after it will gone from CTAN.

But there are other functions like list, show, for tlmgr and for 2008
they still continue to work
