harmless, happened due to a move of files.

This is very strange, but I see that there seems to be an error in
the database wrt luainputenc, as we have this package but it is
not referenced in any collection, thus it was auto-removed.

But that seems to be  bug in svn rev 20372.

Karl, I re-added luainputenc to collection-luatex, if that was not
intended please revert that change.
