Hi all, Where can I find the source code for makeindex? Apperently this: http://ctan.org/tex-archive/indexing/makeindex isn't it. The current version shipped with TeX Live has Thai support and the one mentioned above has not. Where can I find the most upstream source files for (only) makeindex? Thanks, Pander
