[tex-live] PStricks is broken with XeTeX with latest TeXLive update

It is mentioned in the list now.   TL can't predict side effects on
every platform, so it really is up to users to find and report
problems.

I have Ubuntu 10.04 (with current updates).   ps2pdf is set via
"alternative" to ps2pdf14, which in turn calls ps2pdfwr.  There is a
line OPTIONS="-dSAFER" in /usr/bin/ps2pdfwr, but
the test file works here, so there is something else going on with Ubuntu 10.10
(a bug in earlier versions that negated the "-dSAFER"?).

The PStricks page says to edit
".../texlive/2010/texmf/dvipdfmx/dvipdfmx.cfg".  It might be better to
suggest creating a "$HOME/.texlive2010/dvipdfmx/dvipdfmx.cfg" with the
change.
