[tex-live] Rubber and Tex Live Native

 Hi,

I'm a quite new user of LaTeX (TexLive on Ubuntu 11.04).
Few days ago I tried to use biblatex package and read that the distro one wasn't the newest so I decided to install Tex Live in native way alongside to Tex Live (from apt-get). Works pretty well.

But I wanted to use rubber (integrated in Gedit) to have a simpler way to compile my tex files. The problem is that rubber uses the TexLive form apt (my native TexLive is in /usr/local/texlive/2011/) so is still stuck on a compilation error related to biblatex.

I would like to know if there is a way to specify to rubber to use only the native one. (Rubber has dependencies on TexLive's packages so impossible to install Rubber without the package texlive)

Anyway thank you for your time and for Tex Live.

Yours sincerely
