[tex-live] How to exclude a package from updating?

The complete version is still in TeX Live's SVN. (If anyone would need
a script to fetch it, I can easily provide one.)

The funny thing is that all the files are still there. He just
declared the package unmaintained in libertine.sty, so it should be
enough to just replace the sty file as a temporary solution. (Maybe
that was an intermediate step before finally removing all the font
files.)
