[tex-live] fmutil-sys fails on MacOSX

As Norbert replied, it looks like your x86_64-darwin is hosed (those
broken epspdf* symlinks don't look good either).  So the simple solution is
to delete it and go with universal-darwin, instead of all of us trying
ex post facto debugging.
