[tex-live] Perl problem in tlmgr

Thanks, Karl, for the quick explanation of the tlmgr search paths.

I've tracked down the problem:  /usr/bin/perl and /usr/local/bin/perl
are both

	perl 5, version 12, subversion 2 (v5.12.2) 

However, the latter was built on Red Hat 4, two months before I
upgraded the box to Fedora 14.

The solution is this:
	mv /usr/local/bin/perl /usr/local/bin/perl.bad
	ln -s /usr/bin/perl /usr/local/bin/perl

The curious thing is that tlmgr worked for a couple of weeks after the
upgrade.  However, I'm not going to worry about that, now that a
workaround is clear.

After that change, the routine tlmgr update succeeded.
