Well, I should be more clear. The latest version of TL to be included
in a Fedora release (starting in FC9, I think) is TL2007. However,
they were working on getting TL2010 into FC14 (the current release)
and missed that, and so it was marked for inclusion in FC15.
Meanwhile, anyone needing TL2010 over TL2007 could use their TL2010
repo instead of the TL2007 that is bundled with Fedora.

However, sometime in January, the Fedora people maintaining the TL2010
repo decided to upgrade the future distro to TL2011/dev. I'm not sure
why this decision was made. But after it caused a bunch of problems,
they put the TL2010 release back up and just recently established a
clear upgrade path (and thus downgrade path too) from TL2010 to
TL2011/dev via the Fedora package manager.

So maybe Fedora is banking on TL2011 being in a stable state before
FC15 (in middle of this year?).
