[tex-live] Solaris 10 vs. 11 Support

Hi Christian,

The plan for this year is to provide Solaris 10 binaries on the web
site; another volunteer has already made them (thanks Ettore).  It's not
perfect but it's something.  The release will include the Solaris 11
binaries Apostolos has been providing all along.

Thank you very much for volunteering.  I will discuss the issue with
concerned parties after the release.
